*Sundays are not available for private parties unless it is for a Baptism or other special event by arrangement with the Parish Priest.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Thirty minutes given either side of the booking free of charge for setting up and clearing away.

All Charges include gas, electricity, and use of the kitchen area.

The Hirer is responsible for leaving the premises and surrounds in a clean and tidy condition. Crockery, cutlery etc. if used must be cleaned and put away. Refuse should be placed in black sacks and removed from the premises. Failure to leave the hall in a satisfactory condition will result in an additional charge being levied and the hirer may be refused bookings in the future. The Hall Management Committee reserves the right to demand a refundable deposit to be held against the possibility of damage.

No charge is made for official Parish fund raising events or activities.

Commercial activities (e.g.: fashion shows and wedding fayres) will be charged at the full rate plus 50%. The definition of “commercial” is at the discretion of the Canon Roche Halls Committee.
